From March 3 to 5, the Quality Operation Department held the kick-off meeting for the introduction of IATF16949 Automotive Quality Management System, and conducted leadership awareness training and training on the introduction of various departments'systems into the system standard, for implementation personnel.
On March 3, the project kick-off meeting was held in Conference Room A1-436. Deputy General Manager Hu Qianggao, Bu Qinlian, Zhang Jun, the project promotion working group, all managers, and external consulting team attended the meeting.?Accelink's middle and senior managers received the IATF16949 Awareness of Senior Management training, which further improved the middle and senior managers' understanding of IATF16949 system implementation. From March 4 to 5, more than 130 key personnel from various departments participated in the two-day IATF16949 system standard training.
IATF 16949 is a customer-centric quality management system based on process control and risk control. The standard focuses on the automotive industry and applies the ISO9001 Quality Management System. It has higher and more detailed requirements for design and development, new product trial production, production, corrective and preventive measures, risk prevention, and control.
